Warm and sumptuous breakfast with the yoghurts and fresh fruits and food served at a tepid temperature - well worth the money.

Pleasant hotel in an absolutely lovely Georgian style building. Exceptionally clean room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Particularly good view. Marvellous and fantastic location in Westminster Borough district so close to Hyde park which is literally on the doorstep, great restaurants and shopping district and the marble arch. Their service was thoughtful. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Every detail of this pleasant property was good. There was an exceptionally comfortable bed that I loved in the standard room. Overall it was modern, with a functional bathroom. The staff were very very nice, their services were thoughtful!

Standard room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was very central, short walk to subway station and Hyde Park, and central London.

The standard room is air conditioned with a good comfortable bed, nonfunctioning heating, a proper coffee making machine. The breakfast is hot, and the location is magnificent right by Tower, and subway and shopping areas/dining areas.

As we remember, there was no signal.

We got a room with a bath. The location was incredible - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

The accommodation had a very central location still close to the main areas of interest. What's more, it was not far from of course Oxford street, Wallace Collection and Oxford Street and public transport.

Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a bath. The breakfast was hot and had a great selection of options. The location of the hotel was magnificent, to the US Embassy.

So glad we choose it, it's super base for staying in London.

The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Paddington. Moreover, it's right by the metro station, super market and Oxford Street and Hop On/Off Tour Bus stops.

Everything was beautiful from the welcoming service to the good food. The standard room was air-conditioned and had a kitchen and a lounge. The location was particularly good, convenient to work event! Also, the hotel was next to a national museum and you can walk to Selfridges London Department Store.

Early check-in, decent size rooms with a bath, a good comfortable bed, as for instance. Good hot breakfast with a huge variety of choices.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were pleasant and accommodating, everything was excellent. The room was airy and stylish had all we needed, it was complete with a nice comfortable king bed, the same level as the lift, for instance.
